Talks from inside the work

Simone Gibertoni speaking on stage

My talks combine operating experience with a broader view of how health, technology, luxury, investment and leadership are changing. I have spoken at the United Nations in Geneva, at Davos, at the Global Wellness Summit and at the Hevolution Foundation’s summit, and shared stages with Eric Verdin, David Sinclair, Tony Robbins and Peter Diamandis.

Each talk is adapted to the audience, the sector, the strategic question, the desired outcome and the format.

Topics

Four talks

The longevity economy

What is changing, what is not, and what survives the bubble

Longevity is reshaping healthcare, hospitality, products, insurance and client expectations, and it is also in a bubble: hundreds of centres have opened in single cities, many of them spas that adopted the vocabulary.

This talk separates durable changes from short-term hype, explains why the sector needs medicine, science and hospitality held together, and examines where meaningful value may be created after the correction.

From clinic to connected platform

Expanding without losing coherence

How does a specialist institution expand into new countries, formats and categories without losing what made it distinctive?

A practical talk about brand, partnerships, operating models, talent, execution and the limits of growth, drawn from ten years of doing it: why exclusivity is a competence rather than a marketing claim, and why people, not capital, set the pace.

Luxury and the experience economy

From owning things to becoming someone

Luxury has already moved from objects to experiences. The next move is visible in the numbers and in the clients: from experiences to transformation. People increasingly measure value not by what they take home, but by what they become.

A talk on how health, time and personal change are reshaping what the luxury industry sells: why time is becoming the scarcest luxury, why prevention and wellbeing are entering every premium category, and what the experience economy looks like when the product is a changed person.

The high-performance company

Turning clarity into results

Most organisations do not lack ambition. They lack clear priorities, single ownership and disciplined execution.

This talk examines how to build a culture in which results matter without dehumanising the organisation, and what a leader can do to multiply clarity, standards, accountability and energy.

From keynotes at leadership forums, investor conferences and longevity summits to board sessions, executive workshops and university lectures — each talk is built for its audience.
